Today Aashutosh interviews Magdalena Blyskosz, a high school student from Krakow, Poland! Magdalena is an aspiring entrepreneur and is extremely passionate about business. She is an operational leader and the Founder of Open coffee High School Edition. She is a startup enthusiast.

Magdalena shares the Three key milestones of her life and career and talks about her high school initiative. She describes Open coffee as a networking chain that focuses on business and entrepreneurial ecosystem. She shares how people can join her initiative from all seven continents and also enlightens the audience about the other ongoing projects on her platform. 

Magdalena shares the challenges faced and the things that she has learnt on her journey. Aashutosh and Magdalena also converse about the enthusiasm of startups amongst the youth of Poland. She shares the importance of networking and also explained the necessity to build new relationships.

Profile

Magdalena Blyskosz, high school student, leader, startup passionate, event organizer, wannabe entrepreneur living in Kraków. Being a leader of the “Sukces Po Polsku” project laid the foundations of Magda’s entrepreneurial journey as a young event organizer and startup community member. During the lockdown, she took given opportunities and involved herself in the local business ecosystem which led to becoming the operational leader of Open Coffee Krk and then founding one of the first networking meetups for high school student in Poland – Open Coffee High School Editon which she gave a TEDx talk about It’s time for networking meetups for young people. She is working and gaining experience under the mentorship and internship for Richard Lucas, well know a polish-british social entrepreneur. 

She’s also an Operations Associate in the Foundation Supporting #OMGKRK – Krakow Startup Community – one of the biggest startup foundations in Poland. Currently, Magda is working on the FutureYou app, under Taskeylens company based in Warsaw, creating a tool for students and professionals that helps them to identify their opportunities and start off their career and educational path. Supporting entrepreneurship and getting students involved in being a part of the ecosystem is Magda’s great passion. That’s why she also coordinates TeenCrunch ambassadorship program, giving workshops to a group of 20 ambitious young wannabe entrepreneurs from Poland.
