03:47- What are the other uses you are also now developing CBD products for apart from Insomnia?
- CBD has a very strong affinity towards helping people with insomnia, but stress and anxiety are a huge component of how CBD helps people.
- CBD is also good for skin diseases like eczema, and dry and itchy skin.
- It also helps with epilepsy and other nerve degenerative diseases and conditions like Alzheimer’s, ADHD, and autism.
- A lot of cancer patients use CBD products to help with chronic pain as medicines available in the market are way too strong for their levels and their kidneys to process.
11:56- How are you as an entrepreneur, managing the challenges of multiple legal systems for cannabis, across our whole country?
- In India, we get a licence from the AYUSH ministry, which is a central and state body.
- When it comes to cannabis cultivation, it ends up being in the State Department.
- Certain states allow cannabis cultivation, like Uttarakhand, Himachal, Orissa, Arunachal, and UP.
- When it comes to making medicines and selling them across the country, it all comes under the purview of AYUSH.
- So once we have that licence, we are legally selling it all over the country.
