These barriers include beliefs such as “I can’t afford it,” “I’m not ready yet,” “I’m not smart enough,” and “I don’t have enough experience.”
The gap between where entrepreneurs are and where they want to be can seem daunting, leading to feelings of uncertainty and resistance to change.

Leaders should clearly communicate expectations to their team members, outlining what is required for success and what behaviors are unacceptable.
Instead of focusing on apologies, leaders should encourage employees to reflect on their mistakes, learn from them, and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
Leaders should shift the focus from blame or punishment to solution-oriented thinking, empowering employees to actively engage in problem-solving and taking ownership of their actions.
