• Since joining Rackspace Technology in Sep 2019, Sandeep has built a stellar leadership team that is driven by customer success and to ensure the delivery of Rackspace Technology’s renowned Fanatical Experience.
• Sandeep has held multiple roles in managing business unit P&L, managing customer relationships, and leading sales & leading delivery teams in DXC, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP, Dell-EMC, and Procter & Gamble.
• Sandeep holds an MBA degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow, and a degree in Electronics Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering. Sandeep is based in Singapore.

• COVID taught everybody that when electricity, UPS, or server, went off, you could not even get to your data centers your entire business continuity was at threat.
• It has been a mindset change. Over the last few years, I’ve seen people adapt to Cloud much more vigorously.
• The use of technology has become pervasive across the whole business spectrum.
