• I became a coach to help others. So, my professional fees were meagre, and nobody wanted to engage with me as they believed I didn’t know how to coach. The business model here was different; the more price I took up, the more business I got. But, it was taking away my purpose.
• The book is about my experience, growth, and failures.
• The book consists of concepts I have used, the people I have heard and talked about, insights from the industry, and coaching.
• It is a book which will help you introspect and plan to make your career the way you always want.

• Be aware and have an open mind. Be curious about your industry.
• Each one of us is a capable human being. Take care when you speak to yourself.
• Have a vision; put a picture to it.
