[11:35] – Tell me about your book and the hypothesis to write it.
- I have a natural affinity for observing what people do. Throughout my career, I realized that the higher the person in the hierarchy, the more insecure they were. And I do not want to be one of those.
- I realized that at the highest levels in your organizations, your ability to deal with ambiguity becomes essential. Many people on the to are paid much more than they deserve and need. So, takes are much higher for them, and they tend to become insecure.
- At all levels in a company, there were four levels. The lower level competes with their subordinates because they are insecure. The next level competes with their bosses. They were political animals. Level 3 competes with themselves.
- I wrote this book through 21 short stories to tell the youngsters that this book will teach them how to fight crocodiles in the water.

- Be clear about your values and match them with the organization’s value system.
- Accept your reality because everyone can’t have everything.
- Learn to cope with the highs and lows of life. Except that, in today’s world, layoffs are a reality.
