- It’s probably the most important human skill that we need to protect and nurture.
- In the age of data, marketing should be about making things people want and leveraging data to produce less, be more sustainable, and reduce waste.
- It’s not about telling the story. It’s about telling the story in a human way. That’s something we can protect and nurture.
21:32- How have you addressed the human element in retail?
- No matter how much data and algorithms a machine has, it cannot truly empathize or make an emotional connection like a human can.
- As advanced as AI is becoming, it still cannot take a “bird’s eye view” and understand the full context and complexities of a situation like a human can.
- While machines can follow logical steps and preset rules very well, they lack the flexibility and intuition to adapt like a human can when faced with ambiguity or unexpected situations.
