Unlike before, schools, colleges, and the workplace today are focusing on creating an inclusive environment to provide equal opportunities to people with mental or physical disabilities. But there’s still a long way to go to spread the concept of inclusivity and diversity to every individual. People with disabilities go through different kinds of hardships, one among which is accepting they are different and getting acceptance from others. • He found fashion as one of the first causes of that, as well as the industries that can most influence equity in society.
• Together with his co-founder, they created Palta, first as a research group in the community.
• Thousands of people worldwide have joined the movement and formed part of the Palta community for inclusive experience design.

• The idea is to focus on the needs of extreme groups and, after solving that problem, translate it into a product that fits a wider range of individuals.
• In the aspect of social responsibility, you’re offering something that is for a wider range and as a business opportunity that potentially you would be able to earn more.
• We can understand and learn from the needs of people with different kinds of daily challenges and translate them into one product or the minimal amount of product that would fit the widest range of individuals.

• We are trying to keep the designs very simple.
• There were not so many fashion brands around the world with one piece that fits all.
