- It is no surprise that the job market is volatile and in flux.
- Economic downturns, recessions, and inflation have occurred before and continue to happen.
- Currently, we are in a peak time when these issues are very apparent.
- However, I don’t view it as something permanent or something to fear.
- There are layoffs happening, especially among the tech giants, but there are also many mid-sized businesses and startups that are hiring vigorously.

- If I put myself on the spot and reflect on my own experience, I made a bold decision to leave a secure and stable job and start from scratch, uprooting my family in the process.
- I believe that today’s generation is even more inclined to take such risks.
- If you observe the trend, people rarely stay in one role for more than two years unless there are growth opportunities and a sense of progression.
- The younger generation seeks a balance between work and life, aiming to enjoy their work rather than being stuck in a monotonous routine.
