  • The aim of the foundation was to empower and help the universities and higher educational institutions to adopt technology, do faculty development programs and academy curriculum reviews.
  • We also guided projects in Singapore and Indonesia around microfinance and e-learning. 
  • The foundation is guided by a group of academicians.

  • The content, structure of the content and the pedagogy (Delivery).
  • International universities focus on peer learning, which is very limited in Indian institutions. 
  • We lack good teachers who can teach the latest content of the subjects.
  • The student – teacher ratio is another area of concern.
  • There is more emphasis on classroom teaching.

[16:01] – What is holding back research in Indian universities?

  • The financial support and resources are not adequately provided.
  • The urge to earn money after graduation stops the brightest minds from pursuing Ph.D.
