14:54- How do you see the role of AI and machine learning in the future of product design and user experience?

  • AI is shaping the world faster than ever before and is the next revolution, with learning capabilities vastly exceeding human capabilities.
  • However, at this stage, AI cannot completely replace human creativity and design capabilities in product design and UX (at least based on public knowledge).
  • The passage expresses optimism that AI will eventually reach human-level capabilities in design, making niche expertise more widely available – which is seen as amazing and revolutionary.

20:59- What trends do you see shaping the future of digital design?

  • Websites and user journeys will become increasingly automated by AI, reducing the need for human developers and designers.
  • However, AI models will not be perfect and it may take 3-4 years for this automation to mature through further iterations.
  • There will still be a need for human designers and developers who understand specific situations and can guide AI systems, as entrepreneurship is not a fixed journey that can be fully automated.
