  • It uses high-quality, health-promoting ingredients and modern creative techniques.

  • The critical challenge was to balance the artistic and business aspects of my venture.
  • I sought out a branding firm to help me build Gelée’s identity, which was a significant step in the business journey.
  • This partnership helped me create the brand’s identity, design the logo, packaging, and website, and develop a coherent brand vision.

  • I prefer natural, farm-to-table food and my digestion and emotional health are tied to the natural sourcing of my food. 
  • I have reservations about lab-grown meat and rely on ancient wisdom in modern food creation.

  • Cultivate a balance between work and personal life.
  • Build a supportive network early on. 
  • It is important to cultivate patience and trust in divine timing.
