[05:04] – What is the concept of Kundalini according to Sahaja Yoga?
- Kundalini is described as a spiritual energy that resides in the triangular bone at the base of the spine.
- It is an energy that is born in a person and carries memories from past lives.
- When awakened through meditation and pure desire, the Kundalini rises through the chakras (energy centres) and connects an individual to the all-pervading power of God’s love, leading to self-realisation and spiritual enlightenment.
[10:00] – How does Sahaja Yoga define the process of self-realisation?
- Self-realisation in Sahaja Yoga is the process of awakening one’s inner energy, or Kundalini, which connects an individual to the divine power.
- This results in the enlightenment of the brain, balancing of the chakras, and empowering the individual to manifest pure desires.
- It is a continuous journey that can eventually lead to God-realisation.
[27:44] – How do you balance your creative expression as a musician and filmmaker with your spiritual journey?
- Music, for me, comes from the heart and spirit, not the brain.
- Through meditation, I connect my spiritual essence with my art, bringing soulfulness and vibrations into my music.
- My films, too, reflect my personal meditative state and spiritual experiences, making my creativity an ongoing, evolving process influenced by my spiritual growth.
