Prajakt Raut’s constant endeavour has been to make entrepreneurship accessible and feasible for the individuals across the country and in doing so, he has founded two organisations to further facilitate the process. He has also written a book, Starting Up and Fund Raising, to better explain the process of starting out and has also undertaken various mentorship initiatives. Here, he talks about the importance of entrepreneurship in India given the widespread manual nature of the workforce in light of growing AI and robotics that are taking jobs over and how self employment is the only way out. Moreover, he talks about the learnings from his own experiences and the debate between experience versus understanding of the market and your product, and, what should be prioritised when taking upon the entrepreneurial journey.
