On today’s episode of The Brand Called You, we have with us the CEO of Kaer Pvt. Ltd, Mr. Justin Taylor. Mr Taylor is an extremely accomplished entrepreneur. He has studied Commerce and pursued his master’s degree in Law. To explore the wide arena of business, he started off in the ACAC industry.
Kaer Pvt Ltd. is a ACAC business venture. ACAC stands for Air Conditioning At Cost. Mr. Taylor elucidated the increasing demand of the ACAC business. He also explained how the industry provides clean air and prevents harming the environment. He mentioned how Kaer is focused on providing good quality air in a sustainable manner. According to Mr. Taylor setting up a business in Singapore has its own ups and downs.
Mr. Garg asked some really good questions around YPO. Mr. Taylor enlightened us about his journey through YPO. He mentioned his many learnings and experiences in YPO. He believes that YPO gave him exposure to many leaders. He also gave some good insight as to why more and more youngsters should join YPO.
Mr. Taylor exclaimed that when people around him achieve more than they’d imagined, it gives him joy!

Justin joined the Kirkham Group in 1995. The Kirkham Group is involved in multiple real estate, asset and engineering-related businesses in Asia.
Justin led the transition of the Group through acquisitions and disposals from being focused on distribution and service of engineering and mechanical and electrical products and services through to sustainable technology based services and solutions.
As the founding employee and CEO of Kaer Pte Ltd, Justin expanded Kaer to become South East Asia’s first provider of financially and sustainably responsible solutions for air conditioning assets and scaled Kaer’s operations in Asia.
Justin revolutionised Kaer’s business with the conceptualisation and launch of Kaer Air; the world’s first model supplying “air” as a service. Heralded as one of the top 18 breakthrough business models globally, Kaer Air has disrupted the property industry. By leveraging Kaer’s state-of-the-art engineering and IT capabilities, Kaer delivers groundbreaking sustainability and financial returns; and new asset solutions for land owners, developers, investors and managers. Justin now leads the expansion and growth of Kaer’s portfolio of assets supplying air conditioning as a service throughout Asia.
Outside his role at Kaer, Justin is a Director of the Singapore based lifestyle focused Emerald Hill Group and is an active member of YPO, where he served as a Director on the YPO International Board 2017-2020, as the Vice Chair of the YPO International Board 2019-2020, and on a variety of International Board Committees and strategic taskforces in the period 2015-2020.
Based and living in Singapore since 1995, Justin has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) , Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM).
