03:48 – What exactly are you doing and why are you focused only on technology?
- Basically, we are supporting organizations that are trying to grow their businesses while providing consulting services.
- We operate mainly in Poland but our services are not limited to Poland. We assist companies globally to achieve their business goals.
- Our area of specialization is IT, but we help companies hire for other roles also. We are focused on IT because we believe that it is the most innovative industry right now, and we see a lot of upsides in it.
09:40 – How is technology impacting the HR functions in organizations?
- A lot of processes have been automated because of some tools that we have started using. From the onboarding process to performance evaluation, a lot of processes are being automated with the help of new tools.
- Some tools like ATS which means our applicant tracking system and some of them have been present in the market for some time now. They help us find the best talent for a certain job by using specific keywords.
- Technology has become more important after the pandemic because working from home is here to stay. So we are trying to increase the satisfaction of our partners and aiming to be flexible in terms of solutions as well.
18:37 – What is your perspective on moonlighting?
- It is not a trend yet but yes there are some people doing it. Some are doing this because they want to work more and improve their skills and some are doing this because they want to earn more.
- It can be good for them because they are learning new skills and making themselves more useful in the marketplace. But it can also make them burn out and their work might get affected in both the jobs.
- Even from the perspective of the first-hand employer, it might prove good to them because their employee is learning new skills provided that the person is working after completing their primary duty
