03:05- Explain your RISE framework in terms of leadership
- It is the four-step process of building visibility for oneself. I have talked about it in detail in my book.
- RISE stands for Reflect Ideate Select Evaluate. I want people to really think about why they want to build their visibility.
- Ideate means to explore ideas. Then select one of those ideas and then lastly, keep evaluating your journey.
08:24- What are some of your tips for dealing with introversion?
- I used to go to networking events and have panic attacks at the thought of interacting with people. I figured out that I don’t have to talk to all of them at once.
- Managers who are introverts can take time to speak, so they don’t get overwhelmed by it.
- Also, sometimes we can start by trying to focus on the other person rather than ourselves.
15:55- What is your own unique perspective that you bring to coaching?
- I have been told that I help people become more courageous and play the bigger game.
- I believe that we all can do amazing things that we set our minds to but are afraid maybe because our dreams are scary.
- I try to help people to really believe in themselves by genuinely believing them myself and that really gives them encouragemen
