Mr. Gupta has 36 years of rich international and domestic experience in management consulting, banking, executive search and now in his entrepreneurial venture in senior living and wellness. More than two decades have been as the MD/CEO of companies. Mr. Gupta is now an entrepreneur and is constructing a high-end senior living and wellness center in Dehradun and intends to open more locations too. Prior to this, he was a Senior Advisor with a few companies and on the Advisory Boards with a few Universities for a few years. Mr. Gupta has had an illustrious career, as the Country Head and Managing Director for Korn/Ferry International’s India office for 12 years where he took them to a leadership position in the country and worked very closely with clients and senior executives across all sectors in the country. He has also been the Executive Chairman for DHR International for 2 1⁄2 years. Mr. Gupta has frequently been invited to speak at leading trade and industry forums and has been quoted in the media globally. Before his executive search tenure, Mr. Gupta was with Citibank for 10 years in India and in USA as Vice President & Corporate Banking Head – North India, Public Sector Head – India and Assistant Vice President – Healthcare Industry Group – Citicorp North America.
