Lavanya Ashok – Partner, Trifecta Equity Fund

Today on our show, we have an expert professional from the finance industry, Lavanya Ashok in conversation with our host Ashutosh Garg. Lavanya is a Partner at Trifecta Activity and the Former Managing Director at Private Equity Goldman Sachs. Lavanya brings many years worth of experience in Equity Funds and Debt. Lavanya starts off by sharing the three key milestones in her life. She shares with us how working at Goldman Sachs at the beginning of her career set her on the right path to achieve her goals. She is now a partner at her own company called Trifecta Activity. She explains the difference between Equity Fund and Venture Debt Fund for our viewers. She then shares the key areas in which Trifecta invests, one of them being the Trifecta Leaders Fund. She tells us that she prefers to be on the board of the said company and help it grow. Lavanya shares her core values with us, she puts the founders of the companies first, tries to be of service to them, and helps transform our country with them. She also gives us her insights into when a company should start to scale up.
