- I co-founded the Innovation Foundation, focusing initially on a broad range of initiatives.
- Over time, we narrowed our focus to employability and access to labour markets for underserved populations, aligning with but distinct from our corporate group’s goals.
- We’ve since restructured to enhance the impact measurement and scalability of our programs.

- We strive to create sustainable social impact by innovating within the foundation’s framework, open-sourcing our methodologies, and measuring both direct outcomes and broader community benefits.
- Our goal is to demonstrate the ripple effects of empowerment and inclusion among marginalised populations.

- I am grateful for seeing the human side of people, where personal stories and family matters are acknowledged and respected.
- I am hopeful about the intersection of technology (Fourth Industrial Revolution) and humanity, where technology serves human interests and does not replace human connections.
