- From the minute we wake in the morning till the moment we go to sleep at night we are communicating with the people, communicating with ourselves, most importantly we are communicating with our teams, communicating with outside world, and with customers and clients.
- Most people just don’t think about it, they struggle, and they lack confidence, and then they wish they hadn’t communicated in the way they did.
- I call a tree step process, so we start with the roots, without which the tree can’t stand tall, and be grounded which comes down to the core values.
- The trunk of the tree is the expertise that you want to be known for, and the leaves are your physical appearance that is consistent when you appear in public.

- It is all about what are your core values right now, and values that you most resonate with.
- Prioritizing your core values will likely change as you grow older.
- So, as a human being we are constantly evolving and that’s why it’s important to revisit our core values.

- Critical self talk, the way you communicate with yourself, which leads to imposter syndrome.
