Overview

Martin Luther has said, “If you want to change the world, pick up your pen and write.” If not directly changing the world, one can surely do it by changing one’s own life. We know the power of putting thoughts on paper through writing.

And, who doesn’t love their favorite authors who have the power to transport us to a different world? These writers enter our hearts as they relate with us through their stories. It is reading such relatable books that help us develop ideas, inculcate healthy changes, or just feel the emotions we want to feel.

Today, we have an author, and poet, Osarenagharu Israel who talks about his view of relating with the readers.

  • The first encounter I had with poetry was back in 2005 on Twitter.
  • My interest in poetry was raised after having an opportunity to work with a bank.
  • After work, I could have the system to myself, so I started dropping quotes and trying to figure out a niche for me.

06:16- What makes a good writer?

  • A good writer may not be known until the work gets to the public domain.
  • Your work speaks volumes.
  • The ability to catch the interest of the reading audience, the impacts, the distance covered, and the level of public acceptance of your work go into length to speak about your writing progress.
