The symptoms are majorly categorized into four areas:
- Somatic which is bodily symptoms
- Cognitive which is mental symptoms

- As a happiness coach, my primary work is to create awareness around mental well-being.
15:30- Differences between psychologists and psychiatrists
- A psychologist is a Master’s or PhD in psychology, whereas a psychiatrist is an MD in psychiatry.
- Psychologist would do therapies and would use talking cures and would connect with the person to understand the issues and work upon them.
- The psychiatrist is to prescribe medicine, understand the issues, and work more in the medicinal terminology.
- Psychologists are not supposed to prescribe medicines, but a psychiatrist does.
