On today’s episode of The Brand Called You we have with us a guest from Israel, Dr. Amir Kfir. Amir is the CEO and Founder of the Amirror Group Organizational Development. He’s an organizational consultant and management change leader. Amir does extensive work with the YPO and its members.

He shares his journey from serving in the military into consultancy and finally into forums. He talks about developing empathy towards other people by participating in forums and putting oneself in the shoe of another. Dr. Kfir is a dynamic and charismatic speaker. His style of teaching, which is based on experiential learning, keeps people on their toes. He is direct and addresses the heart of issues in a way that is refreshingly authentic and easy for many different groups to understand. He believes in the concept of “tough love” in his work with companies and forums around the world. As a consultant, he was commissioned by YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) to develop and run successful chapter development and renascence programs all over the world. Dr. Kfir’s work on “The Art of Peace” program on conflict management has won hall of fame recognition from YPO in 2013. Dr. Kfi r’s program “The Hero is You” on the parent-child relationship won the 2011 YPO “Best of the Best” award and won the Israeli YPO chapter’s “Best Program of the Year” award. Dr. Kfi r also took a leading role in the creation of the “Peace Action Network” (PAN) forum methodology. He has been the facilitator of peace action forums around the world between: Israelis and Arabs/Palestinians, Greeks and Turks, Armenians and Turks, as well as Jews and Muslims. He has run forum-training programs, moderator training programs, management retreats, and team-building seminars for over 10 years. He has also had great success with spouse forums and chapter health retreats.
