  • It is linear with a top down mindset.

  • Hesitance to admit and recognise internal traumas.
  • We all have them, which are preventing us from playing big.
  • Individual consciousness is needed to step into the collective consciousness.

  • The main risk is to look at that as a tool because it has very strong horizontal accountability.
  • It’s merging linear and non-linear worlds, so a lot of CEOs can finally see you.
