- What you think is a simple business is a very sophisticated business.
- My first concern was to hire next to me people with no leisure.
- When you come from a completely different culture, the first point is to match this culture.
- To understand the local culture, to know how people are thinking, and how they are behaving because small differences make a huge difference.
09:20- How did you evolve a leadership style?
- My style is definitely a soft democratic consensus style.
- What is fundamental for me and has worked well so far is that during the development of the company, I identified those clause pillars who have appreciated this way of conducting the business and have defended me from day-to-day activities.
