02:18- What made you select Coaching as a career?

  • I have a unique background as a half-Russian, half-German individual. Growing up, my parents showered me with love and attention.
  • When we moved to Germany, my father envisioned me as a professional tennis player.
  • However, I faced an identity crisis and embarked on a journey of self-discovery.
  • A friend suggested I try coaching, and it ignited a passion within me. I realized I could help others find their purpose.
  • Today, I specialize in coaching corporate athletes, using my own athletic background.

08:18- How do you approach the process of helping a leader develop self-awareness and self-mastery?

  • There’s a specific framework I use to help people, focusing on the connection between the mind and emotions.
  • It begins with self-awareness and understanding that our actions are driven by how we think they will make us feel.
  • Generating the right emotions is key to achieving future goals. This concept has transformed my life and the lives of many leaders I’ve worked with.
  • The process requires consistent awareness and action, but the transformation can start with the realization that change is possible.

22:17- Three lessons for the audience

  • Listen to your heart and intuition, and then take action. Many people hear their inner voice but dismiss it.
  • Avoid procrastination and instead, adopt a “do it now” mindset. Taking immediate action leads to progress.
  • It’s important to create from the future rather than being constrained by the past. By envisioning and building towards a future vision, you open yourself up to new possibilities.
