  • Jamie received his B.A. in Classical Rhetoric from Huntingdon College and an MBA from the University of Georgia.

  • There are two types of franchises. One wants you to follow the playbook precisely the way you have it. Others want to be of what the playbook says. And both are equally important. 
  • For a franchisor, it is a struggle to strike a balance between both.

  • One must care more about others than yourself.
  • You can only do some things to get people to help you.
  • Balance in your business even if your passion is not there. Bad business is also a business.
