- EPG stands for Economic Policy Group.
- It was started to conduct economic and market research for government bodies.
- Initially focusing on government work, EPG evolved to provide extensive support for companies in market entry strategies, setting up offices in India and East Africa.
- We began handling global communication campaigns while assisting companies from various countries in entering the Indian and East African markets.

- Emerging markets like East Africa and India offer abundant economic opportunities due to the relatively underdeveloped markets and technological advancements.
- However, challenges in customising products for local markets, managing staffing issues, and navigating complex regulatory environments remain prominent.

- Embracing failure as part of the journey.
- If you are using venture capital funds shouldn’t fear large failures.
- Be open to every opportunity initially, as connections forged in unexpected places can be valuable.
- Having a clear timeline or endgame in mind is crucial if the venture doesn’t progress as expected.
