- My father taught me that life is like a mirror—you must keep moving upwards, or you’ll slide down. His entrepreneurial spirit and advice shaped my approach to life and inspired me to honor his memory after his untimely death.
- Early in my career, I questioned inefficient processes and proposed solutions. A senior leader supported my initiative, empowering me to lead a project that completely shifted the trajectory of my career.
- Taking initiative and proactively addressing inefficiencies has been a driving force throughout my career, leading to faster growth and impactful contributions.

- Understand and come to terms with your true essence, acknowledging the narratives you were told and why you do what you do.
- Re-author your narrative responsibly by auditing yourself consciously through thoughts and feelings.
- Take action to crystallize your new essence, but remain aware that all narratives can be re-authored in the future.
