[11:03] – When you’re working with defense projects, you need some stability there. How would you manage that with employees?
- I’ve always been a big supporter of people who are engaged.
- If you don’t know how to leverage an engaged employee, they can quickly turn into disengaged, jaded or disruptive employees.
- I think that there is a misconception in corporate management about the things to be done, and they are steered to only do that.
- But, if somebody is engaged in charting their own course, they would not perform well if they are put back in the box and asked to get in line with everybody else.
- That is probably going to exacerbate the problem because now they’re going to be bored, in addition to being engaged and disruptive.

- It is a no-code Kuberenetes platform.
- Kubernetes is very manual and the user needs to know indentations and language.
- I endeavored to build a tool that is easy enough for the common man.
