  • It was honestly a very intriguing opportunity.
  • Hill Robinson brought hospitality specialists on board to implement the company in the kingdom. I thought being considered for that opportunity on its own was amazing.

12:37- How is managing a luxury estate different from managing a luxury hotel?

  • There are a lot of similarities because it is a service approach.
  • Hospitality is so diversified that your daily life looks a little more challenging than in a private estate.
  • You have revenue-generating departments, and you have the reputational part of the company in hospitality.
  • The private estate is a very tailored approach to one particular family.

25:33- Three lessons

  • If you believe in it, you can do it.
  • There is no growth out of comfort. You have to get persistently out of your comfort zone in order to grow.
  • Stick to your values.
