- I started out my consulting business. We consulted in marketing and analytics, so I understand that world.
- As I started getting into coaching, I realized most coaches do not consult. They give you advice.
- I do not like that methodology. If I coach you, I should be able to help you deliver.

- A lot of women do not have an informal board or mentors or people who can advise them.
- I help people form advisory boards.

- You have to get up and do the things that you need to do.
- Women tend to go toward coaching because it is considered a softer skill. But coaching is more than that.
