• A good event is characterised by providing attendees with a positive experience, opportunities to learn, and the chance to meet new people. 
• It is important to leave the attendees feeling satisfied and fulfilled.

• There are two key milestones or failures in my career.

• The first is experiencing a failed business partnership.
• The second is being fired from a job due to clashes with superiors. 
• I learned the importance of choosing the right opportunities and cultivating resilience.

[28:21] – What would your advice be to young managers starting their careers?

• Be ready for three to four careers.
• Do what you enjoy.
• Focus on financial stability but don’t just depend on salary.
