- It is pivot and perseverance.
- The transformation requires two discussions.
- The organisation’s capacity building and the management’s capability building.
- If you’re not at the cutting edge, in terms of profit management and not transforming yourself continuously; it is a big problem.
[10:11] – How can organisations build a culture of transformation?
- It depends on the position of the organisation.
- The first is the big corporate MNC, because every organisation has its own DNA.
- The biggest thing is the boards as they have to drive the whole process across.
- The second is a family owned business.
- The first generation of family owned businesses don’t want to let go.
- The second generation doesn’t align itself.
- The third is the startups, which is only a product company.
- There is scope of discussion on building the process up to the product.
