- The challenge that I address and help them manage is self-leadership.
- To be able to impact the lives of others, we first have to be accountable and responsible for our own lives.
[06:14] What are the key challenges women face?
- Dealing with our own internal barriers.
- We do not want to sit and face the issues we are dealing with. We will hide it, suppress it, and we will try to pretend as if nothing happened.
[09:04] Steps society can take to start the process of mitigating imbalances

- We need to get rid of the categories: Social-economic categories, status, percentages, and statistics.
- We need to start reflecting on the fact we all are human beings. Instead of saying that is a male or female, African or Asian.
- We all have a heart, and we all know pain.

- National Female Civility Day is September 17.
- It is to celebrate every female.
- It is about females coming and working together to break the barriers and build bridges.
