About Nansi:
Nansi is the Co-Founder of 100x Entrepreneur Podcast. Iin 2021, she was one of the top voices on LinkedIn. Nansi is an experienced professional who has worked and engaged in the podcast industry for the past years and has learnt a lot about startups and businesses on the way. Her journey of setting up 100x Entrepreneur is very interesting and extremely growth oriented.
In this incredible conversation with host Ashutosh Garg, Nansi takes us through her journey and shares the essence of building a podcast.
What makes a successful Podcast?
Like any other job or business, Podcasts are a commitment. Consistent effort and properly distributed front end and back end efforts put together a podcast episode that can be published. It not only requires a strong pre production strategy but also a compelling post production and marketing plan. Only those podcasts that resonate with the listeners make it to the top.
As an experienced podcaster, Nansi shares what goes into making your podcast the best in the game. In her opinion, consistency is the growth catalyst for podcasts.
“It’s been two plus years for us at 100x Entrepreneur and a lot happened in in the last two, three years but we never missed sharing an episode each week. So consistency is really really important because it helps you build followership.
People can connect with you- they know when you will be releasing the episode and when they are connected with you from day one they start enjoying your journey. They, you know, connect with your story, how you are growing, how they are growing with your podcast with each episode.”
Nansi strongly believes that feedback is very important for podcasters. Knowing what the audience wants and working around it is a gamechanger.
Building listener loyalty:
Storytelling is at its peak when people are able to resonate and connect with the story teller. When listeners know your story and are eager to hear more of it, that is when you know you hit the right niche. When people come back for more and more content, a strong viewer loyalty is built. This loyalty boosts your content like no other!
Nanci talks about better ways to boost consumer loyalty and how it helps podcasts stand out.
“We have a community of 20,000 people. We share a weekly newsletter to all these people and they get back to us on on those emails about their feedback and how we can improve and what other other guests we can bring on the podcast so that’s how loyalty is building”
Nansi also talks about the many challenges podcasters face and the basic mistakes startup entrepreneurs make. Having conversed with diverse professionals from differing backgrounds, Nansi has learnt a great deal about the corporate and business sector through her work.
A woman who has beaten all odds to transform herself into a storyteller, Nansi’s story is inspiring and unique.
