[03:09] – What were some of the initial challenges you encountered when you entered the world of Academia?

• I felt like an unknown entity without a clear identity when transitioning from a high-profile corporate position to academia. 
• There was also a lack of structure during my PhD journey and the shift in identity from a corporate leader to an academic.

[12:10] – How has technology influenced your own teaching and research methodologies?

• There is a need for professors to engage students by adopting diverse pedagogical approaches and leveraging technology, such as ChatGPT. 
• I believe that professors ought to embrace technology to enhance learning outcomes and stay ahead in education.

[17:47] – Do you follow any routine or rituals when you write?

• I write whenever I find time, as writing is a form of relaxation and unwinding for me. 
• My motivation stems from an intense curiosity about the world and a desire to explore and share my ideas and research findings.
