- Finding the right people is important. And it’s something that one can always get better at.
- Along with this Marketing is of utmost importance.
- At last, being okay with a ‘No’ in the sales process. Not everybody is going to buy from you.
09:36- What trends in employee engagement and retention are you foreseeing in the coming years?
- In the coming years, AI is going to continue to be a helper to us.
- It could do the first round, and maybe a second-round analysis of what’s happening.
- AI is also going to become more customizable and the age of employee choice is most definitely here.
