02:39- About CIRKEL and what was your motivation to start this venture?
- I had a full-time job working in international health in California.
- I was also building a community for women by having them come together in CIRKEL.
- These were the safe places where you could learn about yourself, become empowered, share, and learn about others.
06:04- How are the CIRKEL communities different from networking inside an organization?
- Networking is related to one aspect of life, which is career development.
- CIRKEL is in a way different because it is to have a deeper connection.
- It is more intimate and focused. It also focuses on relationship development.
