[04:08] – How do you interpret the word, “mindset”?

  • It is about being in control of your mind but letting your mind control you.
  • It is being aware of what comes into your thoughts and emotions and how you let them affect you.
  • Mindset is about if you are going to let the emotions control you or if you are going to take control of emotions. 

[06:02] – What do you mean when you state that you try to help “stressed out men over 40 to have clarity of thoughts”?

  • I feel a lot of men over 40 get stuck in situations in life because of the pressures of family and society.
  • It brings extra pressure on men over 40 because of the belief that men have to always provide for their families.
  • In the corporate world, too, it is at this time when you are at the level of going to move forward to the next level or being comfortable in the same spot.
  • Finding clarity is identifying where you are in the present moment and stating am I comfortable being where I am in my life or do I want to transform and make changes.
  • When you get rid of the stress, you have a clearer mind to then have a direction to move forward.

  • Step one is to clear the minds, which makes you ready for step two.
  • Step two is the law of attraction, which includes visualizing your goals. Then you need to use the power of emotions and actions to specific situations or goals that you want.
  • Step three is affirmations, which are powerful to create the law of attraction. It also helps in building self-confidence within yourself.
