- We envision India as a pyramid. At the top, we have the privileged class and at the bottom, we have the underprivileged class. Middle India resides not only in metros but in tier two and tier three cities.
- We look at the citizens in this place not as voters and consumers but as Builders and creators.
- The entrepreneurial mindset of these people is the inspiration for us which we would like to integrate into the local culture as an enabler.

- The whole idea of the journey itself is very inspiring. We have these role models who come and talk to us during the journey about their experience.
13:45- What are the kind of challenges you face as the Chief People and Process Officer?
- We are a not-for-profit organization, so we depend on donations.
- The biggest challenge is to find the right kind of people.
- We need people who are passionate about building a nation, and who are willing to adjust to a lot of not-so-luxurious or fancy environments.
