Tiffany Brar is an Award-winning Disability Rights Activist and Social Worker. She is an Advocate for Inclusion. Her work has been recognized widely, including the Ex. President of India- Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and the President Dr.Ram Nath Kovind. She received
National Award from the President of India for being the Best Role model among the people with disabilities. She has been the subject of numerous newspaper articles

She is visually challenged and the founder of Jyothirgamaya foundation. She holds Bachelor degrees in English literature and special education(Visual Impairment). She is a social activist, Social Entrepreneur, Special Educator(Recognised by Rehabilitation Council of India)and Motivational Speaker.

She received Kerala State Award for Best Social Worker. In 2015, She received Women of the Year Award from Hope Trust. In 2016, She received the For the Sake of Honour Award, Rotary. International’s highest award. In 2016, She received the Prestigious Saarthak Naari Women. Achievers Award. In 2017, She received the Bold and Beautiful Award from. Doordarshan. In 2017, She received the National award from President of India. In 2019, She received the Spindle Now US Award. In 2020,She received World Pulse Spirit Awards Honorable Mention. In 2020, She received Holman Prize from the Lighthouse for the blind,USA. She had given five TEDx talk. She is a lover of adventure and She have done Paragliding, Skydiving, rope riding, rope climbing, wall climbing and Tandem Cycling
