  • The company offers training programs to make dropouts employable, with a track record of hiring, training, and deploying over 80,000 to 90,000 individuals in the past 17 years.
  • Layam Group has diversified beyond HR, focusing on manufacturing processes with a strong emphasis on cost, quality, and productivity. They are involved in various industries including electric buses, shipbuilding, the power sector, and the supply of skilled manpower to companies like Tata Motors and Apple.
