00:34- What are the inflexion points in your life?
- In high school, I started thinking about how business could be used to solve greater challenges, using system thinking to find inflection points.
- Early in my career with Intel, I got engaged in using technology and its power to truly transform our world by connecting people.
- My entire career has followed technology and human/organizational development paths. We need both – the science/tech advances to solve global challenges, and the human capacity to create and implement them.
46:38- What are your recommendations to the audience?
- Deeply understand yourself in terms of your perceptions, where your energy goes, and how you manage your energy—being in deep integrity with yourself.
- Explore what you’re deeply passionate about that’s also positive for the world. Finding the intersection of your passions and the needs in the world.
- The focus should be inward first before outward. The inner self is the core – where altruism, passion, and great relationships are ignited.
