01:17- What was your motivation to become a business coach?
- In business, I enjoyed the part where I facilitated and acquired knowledge, then facilitated the knowledge implementation in the company.
02:27- What do you mean by Brand of a Leader?
- I see a leader’s role as a guide.
- My customers and my team are the heroes.
03:27- Who is a Circularity Entrepreneur?
- In 2019, I had my first daughter and I thought will my daughter get to see the same blue sky or breathe as good quality of oxygen as us?
- It was more concerning when ice rain started in Indonesia.
- These concerns gave me a revelation that when I do business, it can not be for profit alone.
- I want to build a company with harmony, people, and nature. In ESG terms, People, PROFIT, and PLANET.
- The word Circularity is ancient and yet futuristic.
- There are people who believe that everything is going to converge into a singularity with all the exponential technology.

- I help 7 figures out Rebel, misfits, and troublemakers who always think differently to thrive and achieve their full potential as Visionary Quirky souls.
- With the WOWlife path of mastery, I seek to nurture quirky talents into clear, compelling impactful strengths of mastery that will empower Quirky Souls to boldly go and make a mark in the world.
