03:15- Why do you think it is more important to nurture women CEOs?
- Even today, women entrepreneurs are not recognized as much as male entrepreneurs such as Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates.
- Despite the numerous efforts, the percentage of women entrepreneurs is still very low.
- Basically, I want to achieve a Utopian like scenario where gender equality is achieved and not just debated.
14:47- How do you help potential women CEOs?
- We start by looking at the problem statements such as if you want to get to the top position, you need to start networking.
- We start by identifying the areas that they might be interested in which can help them network.
- Then we focus on how we can help others because the way to move forward is to help as many people as we can.
23:36- How do you envision the future of leadership?
- The only way I see women can flourish together is by building healthy partnerships.
- The partnership should be smooth and frictionless. The work needs to be divided according to the capabilities of the individual and not their gender.
- We all need to become more open-minded and break the stereotypes of women doing certain things only.
