  • Stress is one of the most used terminologies on a day-to-day basis but if you ask people the meaning of stress, they need a minute or two to formulate a question based on what they think might be the truth.
  • Stress knows a fourfold: emotion, mind, body, and neurochemical. If these four are not tackled at the same time, you will not reach zero percent. 
  • Living in stress and anxiety or fear has become the new normal on a global basis. 
  • Being fed with a continuous flood of this information based on social media, TV, news etc. is a dangerous circle. 

[11:47] – What are some self-help or coping strategies that you have developed?

  • The most important step is to realize that we need to start asking more terminology based questions.
  • What is the difference between emotions and feelings, between mind and thoughts etc. Everyone has a different answer. 
  • Once we understand the meaning of these, the journey to recovery can start.
