- We are a consultancy, selling the services of the people that work in the business.
- We solve three problems for our customers.
- Our customers normally come to us with compliance problems. We ensure the right amount of normal time or overtime, etc.
- Customers also come with productivity problems or challenges.
- The third thing we focus on is experience.
[09:50] – What do you think are some of the biggest challenges when it comes to workforce management?
- A lot of organizations think that you can just use technology to solve a problem.
- They think that you don’t have to talk about the people’s impacts.
- Today, we have people configuring technology to meet the business requirements.
- In a few years from now, we will switch the technology on and it will solve the business challenges.
- People will actually come back from the technology and become more people centric in the way that they operate.
- They’ll have to be cognizant of people’s purpose and emotions.
[16:57] – What key challenges do CEOs face when navigating the digital workforce? How do they overcome them?
- It is understanding what purpose means.
- Today, the younger generations are driven by purpose.
- Organisations these days need to think systemically.
- Organisations, in the past, have worked in a siloed type nature.
- If you really want to be purpose driven, it’s very hard to work in a silo.
- The challenge is to move their organisations to a networked type organisation that’s empowered by people and teams.
