- I think that there are two sides to it:
- One is how you create value for organizations and people. And then how do you maximize the potential of both people and the organization.

- Some people are natural leaders and some people are just naturally better individual contributors.
- I also think that you can nurture leaders to improve their skills. you can make someone or guide them to be better leaders.

- I think maybe the objectives and needs are different. But fundamentally, people are people and leading people is leading people.
- Ultimately, it’s matching the objectives with your leadership style.

- It can be hard to manage teams remotely.
- It’s been more challenging how you bring different groups of people together and equalize the playing field a little more in terms of speaking time, and working styles.
